Wenrick,
Top Sportsman Nitrous equipped '68 Camaro
I will personaly guarantee that anyone
who needs help with tuning a race car will be amazed
by the knowledge these guys have. They took my 68
Camaro from low 4.40's to running a 4.35 by the end
of the day. I can't say thanks enough. What I can
do is if anyone needs a reference on their abilities
- feel free to call me 937-608-8261. Thanks again
and LMK if I can return the favor - Jarod

Sam Gottier,
Heavy Street Chevelle
ProCar
promised me a chassis that could handle anything.........and
delivered. this car ran a 7.53 at over 3200lbs on
its first quarter mile pass. From the building of
the car, the chassis set-up, to the support and help
at the track, these guys are top notch, and on the
money. They take their profession very seriously,
yet treat their customers like equals. I would recommend
them to anyone who wants a BAD ASS car at a fair price.

Hi
Pat,
Just wanted to drop a line to you and let you know
how well that cam you designed for me worked last
year. Your idea on dropping the exhaust duration and
tightening up the centerline really woke the car up.
It used to run on the motor in the mid 10's which
is partially due to the nitrous gears and converter,
but after putting the new cam in last winter right
off the trailer it woke up and ran a 9.90 on the motor,
a big improvement! With the LSM cam, it ran around
9.70's on a 300 shot, with your design first pass
was around 9.12 same 300 shot and running fat.
After playing with the tune up during the summer we
squeezed a 8.77@156 with a 400 shot out of it, and
I'm pretty sure there was at least another tenth in
it with more work. The valve springs also lasted all
season with no problem, so I think you hit that cam
pretty close to what the car was needing without being
overly violent.
I'll be calling soon to have you help spec out the
cam on my new motor we're building this winter.
Thanks for your all your help,
John

John Hines,
Top Sportsman Blown Mustang
Pro Car made a chassis adjustment
after seeing the first pass and things just got better
from there.
If you need help I would advise you to talk to them
because they all know what makes a car go fast!
Pat,
Just wanted to say thanks for taking time to bounce
ideas around. Since you and I met about 10 years ago,
I have been able to count on you to talk through induction
combo's NOS tunes, and chassis set ups when I need
it, Its nice to have someone to lean on when my mind
escapes me. Your chassis advice has been great and
we both think the same on engine and NOS stuff so
its great to talk with someone who is out there in
the field like I am and not trying to reinvent the
wheel...
Thanks again for all your help.

We
have a 125" rigid chassis altered, and PRO CAR
has done all the chassis work to it since we've owned
it. Their specialty is in the suspended door car world
but they have no problem fixing/changing/upgrading
the chassis. They are extremely versatile. They have
worked with us to resolve our problems. When I had
a major wheelstand and bent/broke the front end they
went out of their way to fit us in and get our team
back on schedule. The latest job they did for us was
to help get the chassis up to certified to go 6.00.
We had the car apart in our garage and didn't have
a way to get it to thier shop without ALOT of screwing
around. They worked with us to cut and bend the bars
needed and then came to the shop and welded them in.
We can't say enough about how flexible they are to
solve whatever race car problem you have.
Thanks guys!
